How the name energiZen came about
The name energiZen came to life on a day when I was training at home – between the stress of work, little sleep and a body that did not always cooperate.
I wanted to get fit , burn fat, be stronger… but I noticed that it only really started to work when I changed my approach.
Don't train harder , train smarter .
Not only focusing on muscles, but also on recovery, breathing and peace in my head .
I thought: this is it... energy and zen in balance.
This is how energiZen was born.
A brand that revolves around movement, but also awareness. For people who want to become stronger – not only physically, but also mentally.
At home, at their own pace, with products that really help.

We ship from warehouses located in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, or Poland — depending on your location and product availability.

On average between 2 and 5 business days . Some products may arrive sooner or a bit later depending on stock.

Yes. As soon as your package is shipped, you'll receive a track & trace link by email .
💸 What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping is €4.95 within the Netherlands .
Orders over €75 qualify for free shipping .
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Belgium, Germany, and France . More countries will follow soon.
